Reports to: Lab Manager (Songjiang CSC)

Main Responsibilities:
? Research the active ingredient application in skin care products. Develop local skin care formulation especially sunscreen and anti-aging products
? Handle in vitro SPF test for customer
? Make demo samples to support sales and marketing promotion
? Collaborate with key customer for the new products development
? Finalized the cosmetic lab equipments and test method SOP
? Communicate with sales and marketing team as well as HQ cosmetic application lab
? Handle technical issues and provide feedback to customers and internal sales team
? Visit customers with sales and marketing regularly
? Provide training, presentations to customers. Join the seminar and workshop
? Follow Lab EHS guidance
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements:
? University degree in chemistry or related
? At least 2 years working experience in skin care formulation development and technical service. MNC is preferred
? Familiar with the Cosmetic actives attributes like UV filter, anti-aging, whitening etc.
? Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
? Good communication skills and team spirit
? Good oral and written English
? Good Windows & MS Office computer skills
