MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Materials requirement planning based on customer formal orders or forecast demand;
2.Monitor effectiveness of sales forecasting models to minimize forecast error; closely work with sales & marketing to make the demand forecast more accurate;
3.Place material orders to supplier timely and correctly to ensure the steadily supply;
4.Coordinate with supplier and forwarder to make sure the delivery of material is on the planned schedule;
5.Control and optimize the inventory level, make both slow-moving and non-moving inventory in the lower level;
6.Safety stock analysis, build-up, and replenishment;
7.Master data of material maintaining;
8.Performance review and generate regular reports on Supply Chain Management KPI.
9.For a small part of the activity : Generate the production planning based on the demand plan taking into account the prioritization of orders provided by PFM, the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backorder, delivery backorders, procurement situations, personnel resources in order to create the optimum production sequence

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Master degree
2.4 years similar working experience in planning job at least;
3.Excellent at English reading and writing;
4.Have good communication and coordination skill, as well as analytical thinking;
5.Active, open minded and willing to work under pressure;
6.Computer aptitude with strong PC application skills, Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
7.Work experience in SAP is preferred.
8.Ability to work in changing environment
