1.电气维修工
岗位职责：
1.根据TPM计划定期完成设备预防性/预见性维修保养任务；
2.按要求进行设备巡检，分析、判断和处理设备异常情况,并做好记录；
3.负责抢修及排除各类电气设备故障，确保设备安全正常运行；
4.完成并保存各类设备点检记录及备品备件帐目；
5.协助工程师完成设备的持续改进工作；
6.协助工程师进行新设备的制造，安装及调试等工作。

任职资格：
1.中专、技校及以上学历，40岁以下；
2.主修电气、工业自动化或相关专业；了解PLC的基本原理；至少3年以上大型生产制造业电气维修经验，熟悉液压、气动等流水线设备；
3.必须具备电工操作证（低压证）；中级/高级维修电工等级证书；
4.需较强的交流沟通能力， 该岗位需适应翻班。

2.机械维修工

岗位职责：
1.机械维修CNC机床和其他生产设备；
2.执行各项机床及设备机械方面的预防性维护计划，确保设备机械部分的正常可靠运行；
3.及时做好各项运行，维修和维护记录，整理保存归档设备的各种相关记录，信函等资料；
4.根据机床及设备的实际运行情况和故障率的分析，不断调整和改进预防性维护计划使之更为合理；
5.负责机床及设备的机械备件的管理，对备件提出采购申请并不断优化备件的库存；
6.每月统计机床因机械故障造成的停机时间，并向主管提供分析报告；
7.提供设备，工具的改进方案并加以实施；
8.确保各项工作符合安全环保要求；
9.在新设备安装/调试阶段为工程师提供现场协助。

任职资格：
1.3年以上设备机械维修经验，至少3年以上的进口数控机床的机械维修经验；
2.中专、技校及以上学历，40岁以下；
3.具备丰富的机械加工技术背景，精通机械图纸；
4.有团队精神，良好的学习和沟通意识；
5.需较强的交流沟通能力，该岗位需适应翻班。
