职位描述：
负责量产产品的过程过程质量控制（包括变更管理）、客户质量问题的快速反应和售后质量问题的处理；
负责新项目的质量策划管理、客户质量审核及PPAP提交；
监控质量管理体系的运行及持续改进。

1. Guarantee the quality of product including process quality and customer quality.

2.Ensure customer complaints are quickly resolved and meet customer requirements.
确保客户抱怨快速反应及处理。
3.Set up communication between internal team and customer, understand customer requirements and transmit customer voice at the plant, achieve and increase customer satisfaction.
对客户的要求，在公司内部进行沟通，在工厂内采取措施达到客户满意。
4.Engineering changes management. 变更管理
5. Reviews and performs SPC, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan or other quality tool for product.SPC、APQP、PPAP、控制计划及其他质量工具的运用及推行。
6. Maintain and improve the quality assurance system 质量管理体系的维护与改善

More than 3 years relevant working experience as a QE/CQE 3年以上汽车零部件企业QE或CQE的工作经验；
At least 2 years work experiences of customer quality management in Auto company and Clean Air is prefered;
至少2年以上客户质量管理经验，排气管工作经验优先。
Candidate with Auto parts development experience is preferred.
具有汽车零部件项目开发经验者佳。
Have knowledge of TS16949 and Auditor is preferred.
具有TS16949的知识，审核员优先。
Bachelor Degree or Above in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
机械工程、机械制造、材料或质量管理专业本科学历
Knowledge in manufacturing problem solving (8-D) and manufacturing processes required
较强的质量分析及解决问题的能力（8D）；
Experienced with Quality tools (AQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and Control Plans)
熟悉并熟练使用质量工具（包括五大核心工具：PFMEA, 控制计划，MSA, SPC等）；
Experience in resolving customer and supplier problems, containment and process improvement efforts
良好的处理客户质量问题的质量管理能力；
Excellent communications skills, strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
具有良好的沟通能力；
TS 16949 and know-how of quality tools;熟悉TS16949质量体系和良好的 质量意识；
Drive for Results 积极主动，结果导向。

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2.
