1.及时欢迎每一位客人的到来，确保及时记录和处理所有顾客点单
2.核对顾客需求，清洁餐桌，提供和合理推荐菜单中食物（熟悉菜单来做食物和过敏建议），在整个用餐过程中保持优质的服务规范，并处理客人的其他相关要求
3.积极销售并推荐菜单中菜式，在合适情况下增加销售收入，提高每个客人人均消费额
4.及时为客人结账，确保所收账款与账单一致
5.确保负责区域和工作区域时刻保持干净、整洁、物品摆放整齐
6.支持和监督你所负责区域的标准执行
7.检查并在此确认所有预订信息、指定桌位，并提示整个前厅团队
8.能够清晰并友好地与客人交流
9.做好预定信息记录，确保相关信息（时间、联系人、来客数量及其特殊要求）准确计入预定记录本中
10.有效管理顾客的侯位，及时更新排队客人等候时间，积极处理各种投诉，并提供切实的解决方法
11.根据客户需要，与其分享当地及其旅游信息
12.管理座位安排，确保用餐区域的合理使用，并有效实现餐厅收入
13.确保等候区域时刻保持干净、整洁，物品摆放整齐
14.承担各项服务员/迎宾的相关职责

job responsibilities

1. welcome every guest on arrival ensuring orders are taken promptly and queries dealt with
2. by maintaining excellent service standards, throughout the meal, by checking back with guests, clearing tables, offering & recommending menu items (displaying good menu knowledge to advise on allergies)
and dealing with other guest requirements
3. by actively selling & recommending menu items, where appropriate, to increase sales and drive average spend per head (asph)
4. by taking payment from guests promptly, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and the
correct money is exchanged
5. by ensuring your section and working areas are kept clean, tidy, set and tidy at all times
6. by supporting and following the implementation of company standards for your area
7. by checking and reconfirming all bookings, designate tables appropriately and inform the whole team
8. to be able to communicate clearly and politely to all guests
9. by taking bookings as necessary ensuring all relevant information (times, contact names and numbers,
special requirements) are recorded in reservation book
10.by managing the door queue efficiently, updating queuing guests on waiting times, handling complaints
positively and providing realistic solutions
11.by sharing knowledge of local and tourist information when required
12.by managing seating to ensure the appropriate section of the restaurant is used and achieves effective
guest turnover
13.by making sure the waiting area is kept clean, tidy and stocked up at all times
14.by undertaking all accountabilities as detailed for waiter/hostess

1. 至少一年西餐工作经验；
2. 勤勉，外向，友好和正直；
3. 有强烈的团队合作意识；
4. 英语口语良好，形象佳；
5. 善于学习并传授；
6. 较高的责任心，强烈的上进心；
7. 对餐饮业有激情，有较强的服务意识。
