职位描述：
?Provide technical support on product specification and quality issues in customer side.
?Collect customer’s voice about product quality requirements in customer sides and work with site quality to provide proper feedbacks to customers.
?Collect complaint information in customer side and present the investigation report to customers.
?Support China supplier management
?Support quality system management at manufacturing site or toller site.

Requirements:
?Education Background
?Bachelor or Master degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related background.
Work Experience
?Minimum 3 years of working experience in chemical plant in quality assurance and/or manufacturing area.
?Minimum 3years of working experiences in FPC shop, PCB or fabricators.
?Experience of customer issue/ complaint handling is preferred.
Skills and knowledge
?Familiar with ISO9001.
?Good knowledge on quality control tools such as statistical quality control, root cause/corrective action skill and problem solving skills. Knowledge on Six Sigma will be a plus.
?Great team worker with excellent interpersonal communication skills
?Strong communication skill
?Can work independently
?Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
