We are seeking a Key Account Manager – North China, to join our Greater China Sales department located in Beijing. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role works with Clinical, Rehabilitation, Customer Service, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs teams within the Greater China team as well as working with Key Opinion Leaders and Surgeons across North China.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, considering product portfolio, market situation and end users approach to meet the short term financial objectives and to build sustainable business in North China.
In this role, you will not only demonstrate your strong account management but will also be a business partner to key accounts within your area, where you will be able to maintain a high level of contact and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Minimum
*6-10 year working experience in sales (business development) position in healthcare industry, Experience within Medical Devices is desired but not essential.
*Degree within Business, Science or Medical
*Strong Key Account Management Skills and good communication skill.
*Ability to travel extensively across North China
*Fluent in Mandarin and English
Ideal
*Experience in hearing industry
*Audiology or Medical education
*High-tech medical products business module experience
