职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息；
2、编制单项材料采购计划并实施采购；
3、签订和送审小额采购合同；
4、处理日常进出口业务，完成采购订单制做，确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
5、做货物入库相关单据，积极配合库房保质保量完成采购货物的入库；
6、编制单项采购活动的分析总结报告；
7、集各地之优势资源，筛选出合格的供应商，招投标。
8、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、建筑、材料专业大专以上学历。
2、有相关室内设计装饰项目（办公室、精品店）的采购经验优先。
3、能与供应商保持良好的合作关系。
4、对建筑行业（土建、装饰、机电安装）内装有一定了解。
5、熟悉建筑行业采购流程。
6、具有一定的谈判能力，从而提高价格竞争力
7、能熟练操作计算机。
8、应届毕业生或1-2年工作方面经验优先。 举报 分享
