职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB
1. Issue contracts and related documents in compliance with company policies; Make sure contracts/documents signed and chopped in a proper manner;
2. Track good inbound/outbound status; Check received tile documents/issue title transfer documents;
3. Arrange payment, monitor payment status and make sure all receivables received on time;
4. Maintain contract/inventory /payment data in system timely and accurately;
5. Filing contracts/all other documents orderly for good documents management;
6. Report execution status, potential risks such as late payment risk, MTM risk timely;
7. Liaise with reading team and other functions to make sure contract executed smoothly and in compliance with company policies;
8. Other related duties;
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
         Must
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
? Knowledge of commodity trading practices
Preferred
? Ability to work independently and propose solutions
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
   Must
? Four-year university bachelor degree
? Minimum 1 year of execution experience with commodities trading company
      Preferred
