Executive Manufacturing Manager

Location in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province

· Support the production director, a Swiss, for one year.

· Organize production, purchasing and sourcing through ERP

· Optimize the production efficiency, product quality control and reduce production cost. Work closely with other Dept. to provide direct support in company

· Analyze and improve process of production, plant layout, manufacturing systems, assembly and quality control. And implement these improvements

· Improve the production process to increase working efficiency.

· Give suggestion on improving products design to identify different products, to enhance quality and control cost

· In order to complete the main objectives, suggest investment on manufacturing equipment. Involved in sourcing, installation and maintenance of these equipment

· Organize the product transferring projects

· Support the design of new fixtures and the optimization devices.

· Familiar with the machining, heat treatment, stamping, plating is preferred

· Continuous improvement on quality and production process.

· 5S and safety management

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanics engineering or related

· Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical, especially in machining

· Good written & verbal English

· Experience in ERP and computer

· Good understanding of technical issues

· Comprehensive analysis capability

· Self-motivated, Flexible, good communication
