Position Responsibilities:

1.Key responsibility is to coordinate and communicate technical activities between Sales and Manufacturing in order to maximize customer satisfaction through the implementation of manufacturing solutions.
2.Provide key input into the innovation projects identified in the region.
3.Be responsible for working with the regional Sales management and the technical leads in the US in establishing a credible technical support program for all of the customers and developing appropriate implementation plans within the Wuxi plant in coordination with plant management.
4.Assist the Technical Sales Manager in building reliable, repeatable, technical implementation plans for each customer suited to their needs and our resources.
5.Work cross-functionally for continuous improvement to advance the state of our product and service offerings in the region.
6.Keep management apprised of changing markets trends and developments.
7.Engage MWV technical resources worldwide to maximize and implement solutions.

Position Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Printing Technology
2. Minimum of 5-8 years business experience in a technical environment
3. Ideal experience would include printing and/or packaging in folding carton.
4. Experience in managing technical projects and initiatives through cross-function teams
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good business acumen
6. Excellent English and Mandarin skills a must
7. Experience in implementing new products, process, and materials.
