Position Purpose:
Directs and coordinates, through Plant and Molding/Assembly Maintenance personnel, activities concerned with design, construction, installation and maintenance of equipment and machinery in the facility. Establishes standards and policies for environmental control. Develops operations procedures, in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations for the testing, inspection and maintenance of molding & assembly equipment and maintenance of plant buildings. Coordinates new designs and maintenance schedules with operation requirements. Assists in preparing bid sheets and negotiates contracts for maintenance, construction and facilitates acquisition. Tests newly installed equipment to insure fulfillment of their contract specifications. Establishes cost avoidance and savings programs and maintains on operating budget for the repair and maintenance of the facility and plant property. Act as project manager in case of any special projects including civil construction, equipment installation and commissioning, etc.

Responsibility:
1.Establish targets in areas such as equipment reliability and service standards and monitor the performance of all maintenance activities against these goals.
2.Liaise with executives in other areas such as assembly and molding production to develop and implement maintenance strategies that will align with the organization's current and future business plans.
3.Oversee the overall maintenance budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
4.Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research, and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.
5.Negotiate large or strategically important supplier and vendor contracts (for example constructing new facilities, installing new production lines) to secure terms that are in the organization's best interest.
6.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and other professionals (for example, engineers) to ensure that maintenance activities meet established targets and standards.

Position Requirements:
1.Four-year university degree, major in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
2.Three to five years related experience on the similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a MNC.
3.A good team leader and team player, good communication skills, be able to work under pressure.
4.Good command of English and PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
