? Compensation & Benefits management and support to nationwide organization
? Responsible for commission allocation/calculation, monthly payroll management and relevant reports.
? Monitor and resolve payroll issues with Fesco and HRIS vendor as well as regional IT dept. for system issues if any.
? New Hires' commercial insurance enrollment and social & housing fund transfer & progress monitor and communications
? Compile all necessary paperwork and obtain required authorizations when necessary.
? Process and coordinate expatriates insurance and medical claims.
? Monitor and feedback service quality of commercial insurance supplier.
? Support the Annual Salary Review.
? Assist with ad-hoc projects, such as Salary Survey, Insurance Plan review and renewal and Vendor review etc.?????
? Staffing and Recruitment
? Recruitment support for office general staff positions.
? Co-ordinate internal job postings, advertisements and agency referrals.
? Responsible for coordinating and maintaining all Job Descriptions
? Responsible for hiring process and communication with candidates and functional heads.
? Administer correspondence to candidates via iRecruiter(ICIMS) or other channels if received.
? Provide monthly recruitment updates.
? Track recruitment related costs and provide ad hoc reports/statistics to support departmental goals and initiatives.
? Employment Management
? Responsible for new hires documentation (employment contract, certificate, reference check etc)
? Collaborate with cross-function on necessary business setup for new hires (business account and system accesses, workplace, etc)
? Maintain personnel folders and keep PeopleSoft (HRIS) updated and accurate
? Conduct exit interviews and maintain all exit interview data for analysis.
? Identify and respond to trends within client groups through conducting exit interviews and analysis of results.
? Employee Relations Support to WOFE office team and Regional Shanghai team
? Conduct HR Orientation for new hires to introduce company culture, core value, policies and procedures as well as employee benefits
? Stay up to date on China employment legislation and understand impact to business.
? Contribute to developing policy/procedural changes that meet changing business needs, but stay within legal parameters.
? Provide Interpretation and consultation to leaders and employees about company policy/procedure, absence management, performance management and contractual obligations.
? Support HR Head on disciplinary action for misbehavior and employee issues.
? Keep track of long service awards and order from NY
? Assist to company events, e.g. annual dinner, team gathering activities????
? Data Analysis and Report
? Provide monthly payroll report and labor cost related data & reports when required
? Keep tracking on HR cost (staff activity, office functions recruitment expense etc)
? Track HR related activity and provide ad hoc report/statistics to support department goals and initiatives.
? HR Projects Support and Cross-function Collaboration
? Assistance to internal communication and HR projects related translation
? Support HR project logistics and scheduling
? Other assignments to better support business needs
