Responsibilities
New student admissions
Set up applications after testing for start dates, uniforms, and finance documentation. Liaise with parents on all missing documentation and starting dates. Update staff of all new starts weekly.
Follow-up with interested applicants in a defined and documented manner via phone or drop in visitors.
Greet prospective applicants and provide school tours and information.
Student record system/Reporting
To possess excellent computer skills in order to enter/manage student data and generate statistical output.
Establish an efficient, well documented physical and electronic student filing system, which ensures that sensitive information is secure at all times (bilingual skills preferred).
Ensure that the school has up-to-date non-academic records for all current and new students including:
emergency, parent and company contact information, student health, family considerations (e.g. family death, etc.), tuition invoice contacts with bus or lunch information
liaise with Finance regarding billing
Statistics
Prepare weekly Admissions statistical reports for the Admissions Director, CLT and DCI
Generate regular statistics pertaining to leavers, nationalities, residential preference etc.
Re-enrolment/Annual Updates throughout year
Send bulk emails to parents for re-enrolment and to manage responses
Generate attrition and retention rates
Analyse student movement data
And any other job or function given to you by the Director of Admissions
