岗位职责:

Primary Duties-

? Refer to RN Job Description
? Work as RN whenever necessary

Nursing management Performed-
? Professionalism and positive attitude
? Daily nurse’s assignment
? Ensure the daily working hours is accurate
? Monitor unit EMR nursing quality
? Ensure the workflow runs smoothly
? Supervise the quality of infection control.
? Coordinate between staffs.
? Develop the relationship between unit and other departments
? To hold the nurse’s monthly meeting and keep records
? Arrange case presentations to share clinical experience and professional information
? Overall evaluation for nurse working behavior and attitude
? Establishes and maintains unit procedures and ensure the standard of care be carried out properly
? Report to nursing administration department for nursing relevant issues when necessary
? Attend mandatory head nurse meeting
? Quick response to unusual issues
? Annual health bureau inspection preparation
? Anticipate the department growth and make the plan to comply the needs when necessary

Other Duties Performed-
? Equipment maintenance for department
? Involve with unit policies and procedure making, improve the relevant policies and procedures according to clinical needs
? Check unit consumable regularly
? Check stocked medication regularly
? Attend the government meeting and conference as needed
? Working with UE to ensure the training plan meets the clinic needs

任职资格:

? Minimum Education Requirement- Associate bachelor degree or above
? Minimum Experience Requirement- 5- 10 years working experience in nursing. Prefer in ambulatory care.
? Certificate of Licensing Needed – Registered Nurse in China.
? BLS, ACLS, PALS,NRP certificated
? Excellent interpersonal communication skill in both English and Chinese.
? Excellent clinical skills
? Excellent leadership and management skills.
? Excellent staff teaching /training skills.
? Very willing and dedicate to work.
? Competence to response unusual cases
? Understand health bureau policies
? Understand SHU policies and procedures
? Understanding of quality and safety standards based on JCIA requirement
? Efficient nursing knowledge in general
? Excellent experience in ambulatory care prefer and updated knowledge
? Knowledge of nursing administration.
