Main responsibilities:
? Creation and development of market-DPTE BetaBag ® in China
? Identify partners (manufacturers of components) and create a true partnership, and develop a DPTE-BetaBag ® solution with them. Also supporting them to implement this solution.
? Implementation of marketing tools (need connection to CNPPA)
? Creation and development of demand from end users
? Demonstrate interest in spending on consumable solution
? Consolidate or create market research (business plan)
? Create a customer portfolio (users) and generate demand for "disposable" solution
? Create a portfolio manufacturers to offer a new solution to these markets
? Performs a focused and profitable prospecting support / partner local teams
? Identifies and manages project of component transfer and system
? Perform a systematic and rigorous monitoring of identified projects (sales forces) +weekly report
? Establishes a dashboard and control results
? Establishes price lists in the financial limit which is granted (OEM and end users)
? Help and assist the commercial negotiation
? Creat and implement effective sales strategies, business model and sales plans for this product line.
? Work directly and with regional or segment distributors to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline and drive revenue to hit targets.
? Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and track sales targets.
? Work closely with Global Life Science Team to share knowledge, exchange experiences and develop the business with Global Key Accounts.
? Drive all activities that will enhance the awareness, acceptance and sale of our products, including exhibitions and seminars, etc.
? Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistic, After Market Sales, Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
? Identify industry and product trends and communicate to marketing and product development to ensure products maintain market leadership.
? Common Weekly report to SSU and BCU (using Sales force and dedicated template)
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree or in Pharmaceutical Industry, Biotechnology or Enginerring.
? Minimum 5 years of life science consumable sales experience.
? Proven previous experience of successfully managing, developing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
? Good understanding of and experience with Chinese market dynamics and direct and indirect (distributor) business processes.
? Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical industry Guidelines, especially the GMP, GLP, GAMP, Chinese/US/EU Pharmacopeia on isolation technology.
? Demonstrable strong sales ability and possess the ability to be highly persuasive, articulate with an excellent level of negotiation skills
? Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
? Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
? CRM system & understand of key account approach
