As part of our continued growth, Dialog Semiconductor seeks a HR Generalist to provide key support in important areas of compliance, delivery of HR programs, partnering with the HR service delivery team to develop standardized processes for employee service delivery. The position will also help drive programs designed to enhance employee engagement and foster a high performance culture.
The role
Working in APAC Regional Human Resources Team based in China, you will:
? Act as primary point of contact and provide solutions about general enquires of human resources from employees
? Assist in handling ongoing projects in Human Resources functions including but not limited to training, performance management, employment engagement etc.
? Provide support on training needs collection, analysis, arrangement and implementation against the plan, and collect training feedback and assist on effect evaluation
? Work with vendor to assist in monthly payroll process
? Be in charge of new employee on board & probation follow-up, and leave management.
? Coordinate employees’ group insurance enrolment and claims
? Support recruitment team for hiring activities if needed
What we are looking for
? minimum 4 years of experience in human resources, MNC background is a plus
? Has solid knowledge of HR operation and common processes
? Good problem solving and negotiation skills
? Good communications & interpersonal skill
? Familiar with MS office
? Bachelor Degree of Human Resources or equivalent
? Strong sense of responsibility, independent, efficient, well organized
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
