工作职责：

1. 协助总公司做好张家港分公司财务工作

2. 总帐入帐，会计凭证编制，会计凭证汇总，准备科目汇总表，与上海总部对帐

3. 审核付款申请，准备张家港分公司资金付款申请，协调海外发票入帐

4. 保管银行印鉴、财务专用章等印鉴

5. 协调应收帐款的催收、协调手工帐

6. 审查操作递交的consol

7. 税务发票的开具以及银行，现金等业务处理，纳税申报

8. 准备所有财务报告及完成上级交待的所有其他财务工作

9. 负责总公司行政、人事制度的贯彻与执行

10. 负责分公司日常的行政、人事工作以及领导交办的其他相关工作

岗位要求：

1 大专及以上学历，财务会计相关专业毕业

2 持会计从业资格证，通过每年财政部门针对财会人员的继续教育培训，严格遵守各项及相关政府机构对财会人员特定的从业规则

3 较强的协调沟通(英语阅读)能力，基本的办公自动化软件的运用

4 有相关工作经验者优先录用

5 如工作需要，能接受加班
