职位描述：
职责范围:

1.担任公司内专职讲师，负责组织和实施对内部员工及客户产品培训

2.区域内驻地督导、美导的招聘、培训、指导、考核等管理工作。对区域内驻地督导的工作给予指引。

3.根据公司产品活动方案对所辖区域的市场做推广培训等工作,(包括方案推广、新品推广、陈列推广、文化推广、形象推广等);

4.了解公司客户（电信运营商）的培训需求，提供高质量的培训及服务方案

5. 根据课程体系的更新，制定和完善现有培训内容；

6.负责如实向上级反应各种市场问题,做信息反馈和收集整理等日常工作;负责消费者反馈信息的回访工作。

1、有化妆品专业知识、营销技巧培训知识、对化妆品行业有一定的了解

2、优秀的演讲能力、沟通能力、计划能力和执行能力;
