职位描述：
Key Position Responsibilities

General scope of this position includes Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Reporting, Investment Management, Project Controlling, Business Controlling and Operation Procedure;

Secure quality, efficiency and accuracy of accounting information for all the legal entities in the group, ensure compliance with both PRC GAAP, USGAAP or IFRS;

Secure a robust internal tax control framework, ensure accurate local tax filing and high quality tax planning for the companies’ best interest;

Implement treasury strategy in overseas branches, secure cash requirement in overseas branches with optimized solution and supervise efficient cash management in running business;

Responsible for all financial reporting requirements, ensure on time, quality and accuracy of information;

Build up financial models and scenario analysis to steer company investment decision making;

Act as a key stakeholder in steering, monitoring and safeguarding new project development, focus on cost control, procurement and project process control;

Lead company business plan, budgeting / forecasting process and variance analysis, supervise business performance by KPI measurement;

Act as a member of company management group, involve deeply in the company strategy set up, management activities and key decision-making;

Secure good relationship with external counterparties, including but not limited to Bank, Tax authorities, local government, Auditors and consultants, etc.;

High prioritize on people management, secure leadership in line with company culture, ensure continuous competence development of the Finance team members;

Secure efficient cooperation with cross-functions within group;

Provide balanced control versus support; ensure professionalism and the role of “Business Partner”

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant majors;
CPA or relevant certificates;
Experience in relevant industry with a similar position is a plus;
Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese;
Proactive, organized and independent problem solver;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and empathy;
Respect and follow company Culture and Values;
Balanced in both Business-driven and People-driven;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Dedicated team player that is flexible and adaptable to changes.
