职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、组织带领青少年冬夏令营、周末营、假日营和亲子营等活动；
2、开发青少年户外室内营会活动课程和活动；
3、负责制定营会活动期间的安全预案，协调解决学员们的特殊需求；
4、负责即使回复家长们的需求和问题；
5、负责协助课程研发总监设计开发青少年营地的课程体系；
6、负责培训资浅辅导员，帮助新人成长；
7、负责培训志愿者并组织好志愿者的工作。

任职要求：
1、喜欢孩子、热爱大自然；
2、喜爱青少年人群，热爱户外运动；
3、有领好的沟通能力和组织能力；
4、英语口语流利。
