Overall Responsibility/工作概述:
Data management including but not limited to, data quality management, consistent adoption and application of data standards, database system functionality and usability improvement, development and upgrading of data management SOP, ensuring data security and privacy compliance, supporting studies and reports required by the company and the Global Data Group, supporting database integration to other marketing and business applications and tools.
Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:
Work with database owners, CRM system vendor and other related departments to improve CRM system operation functionality, usability, efficiency and security.
Provide consultation to project teams on database structure, data sourcing, cleaning, de-duplication, reactivation, direct marketing.
Guide project teams to develop and enhance data strategy and segmentation to improve direct marketing effectiveness.
Work with data related internal and external stakeholders to ensure the completeness, quality, accuracy and integrity of customer data in database system.
Upgrade and implement consistent data standards across the company in compliance with the Global Data Rules and conduct database audit for all events to verify the quality and completeness of data and generate audit reports.
Manage CRM projects including database migration, set-up, testing and launch, and system integration.
Support online matchmaking project in terms of registration questions setting, data quality and data format.
Perform data cleaning activities including discrepancy management (review of errors from electronic checks) and review of data listings to verify quality and completeness of data.
Conduct database analytics and regularly raise report with findings and recommendations to Management.
Closely monitor local data privacy regulations and make recommendations on data privacy compliance. Implement the company’s data privacy policy.
Enforce database security measures and conduct regular database security audit according to the company policy and raise report with findings and recommendations to Management.
Actively propose and facilitate across-project data sharing within the company to maximize data value and present regular tracking reports on data sharing results.
Conduct data /CRM related training in the company.
Implementation of all data activities for the responsible studies and researches.
Data management and CRM related business documents filing.
CRM vendor management and negotiation.
Qualifications/任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Statistics, Computer or relevant majors.
2. At least 3 years’ experience with CRM, database management or direct marketing.
3. Knowledge of and experience with the following areas a plus:
1) CRM implementation and system integration (i.e. Salesforce)
2) Data analytics / data mining (SPSS)
3) Database segmentation
4) Data cleaning / de-duplication
5) Data privacy compliance setting
4. Both business and customer oriented;
5. Willing to work in fast pace with high efficiency; self-disciplined, self-driven and results-oriented;
8. Display spirit of innovation and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experiences on working on cross-function project is a plus;
7. English is working language; fluent English writing and speaking skills are must;
9. Excellent report/PPT compiling and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
10. Good communication and coordination abilities.
