Head of Business Unit
As head of Business Unit, you will be leading a team responsible for management of MedImpact dental platform and related product design, marketing and sales. Also, a sharp business sense of exploring new opportunities in the dental market, providing creative solutions, and product positioning and design will be a necessary quality.
- Responsible for P&L of the business
- Responsible for sales, marketing, and product management
- Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned business lines
- Develop new products and plans for launching and implementation
? Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
? Build effective relationship with the clients so as to drive growth
? Perform efficient financial management
? Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company
? Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
? Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and other paperwork
Skills and qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience as lead of a team/Insurance company focusing on group health insurance product sales; OR has experience as lead of a HR business/services outsourcing company involving employee benefit product sales (e.g., CIIC, FESCO); experience of HRM and similar systems retail; experience of organization work in HR industry association such as organizing series of meetings and forums; managerial experience in health insurance industry, or dental related industry highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or in any related field. MBA preferred
- Demonstrated track record in setting up a new business line/venture with success
- Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company
- Creative thinking –possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
- Decision making skills: have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems
- Planning skills: have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently
- Good command of written and oral English
