Position Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

Develop, implement, and evaluate recruitment and retention programs to ensure the workforce’s ability to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.

? Work closely with hiring manager and CHRO to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned staffing metrics in accordance with company policies and standards.

? Ensure that workforce planning and employment activities are compliant with applicable country and local laws and regulations.

? Identify workforce requirements to achieve the organization’s short- and long-term goals and objectives.

? Assess skill sets of internal workforce and external labor market to determine the availability of qualified candidates, utilizing third party vendors or agencies as appropriate.

? Manage internal and external recruitment channels and control cost.

? Develop strategies to brand/market the organization to potential qualified applicants.

? Develop and manage recruitment procedures (including executive level hiring), such as applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference checking and offering.

? Conduct Staffing Programs such as Campus Recruitment and Global Referral Program etc.

? Coach and lead team to 100% deliver the professional services to customer

Business Partner

? Act as HR consultant and contact window internally, provide HR suggestions to business in regards of HR policy and procedures. Support all functional managers at local HQ level in all HR matters.

? Work with L&D to execute talents’ development and performance management programs.

? Monitor full performance evaluation management cycle including probation, yearly performance management, and performance improvement.

? Monitor and cultivate the culture including potential employee relations issues.

? Other projects assigned by CHRO

Required Qualifications

? Must be 8 years HR working experience in MNC, with at least 2 years in HR BP or recruitment management position.

? At least university degree or higher education.

? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English.

? Result oriented, highly motivated with high efficiency and strong execution ability.

? Capable of working in a business which is under rapid expansion with an ability to prioritize issues with minimum resources. Good planning and organizing skills.

? Knowledge of labour law, employment practices and business environment within the region.

? Strong leadership with good supervisory skill and proven managerial style.

? Strong influencing skills, ability to engage at all levels and manage conflict.
