工作经验要求Working Experiences
- Minimum 8 years relative experience in a multinational company, experience in plant will be preferred
- Hands-on experience in all HR activities
- Rich experiences on people coaching and development

专业技能要求Technical Skill Requirements:
- Familiar with labor law, labor contract law and relevant labor regulation
- Familiar with HR information system
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Familiar with MS office software

个人素质要求Personal Attribute Requirements:
- Optimistic attitude
- Professional problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skill and good organization capability
- Quick response and strong self study ability
- Result orientated


Responsibilities:
Planning
- Prepare annual HRA forecast, include headcount, compensation and benefits cost, admin.
- Work out employee training & development plan with management team to link with people retention
- Design and develop people retention program according to company situation
- Design and develop incentive program
- Improvement plan in HRA each function to enhance the work efficiency
HR routine work
- Lead HRA team to smooth HRA routine work, such as staffing, training, annual performance and salary review, APS, employee communication and activity, administration…
- Ensure the implementation of the planning
- Well control HRA cost and find method for cost down
- Ensure company activity related with HRA comply with the local relevant law and gov. regulations.
Coaching
- Provide on the job coaching to HRA members to enhance their daily work handling skills
- Arrange job rotation regular to rich and enlarge HRA members’ experiences
- Conduct regular performance review with HRA member to keep the HRA work in normal track and tasks can be completed on schedule
Reporting
- Provide HRA reports to management on time
Others
- Support China HR team on HR projects
- Other job assignment from supervisor.
