Job Purpose The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to explore, analyze and develop business growth opportunities in China market along with our GTS global strategy. Key activities and responsibilities ? Work closely with different business leaders across the organization to discover and explore Kuoni China’s business growth opportunities; ? Support the China GM/VP to identify and formalize the strategic proposal and business plan for both mid-term and long-term; ? Analyse the market trend and industry innovation throughout frequent client/partners visit, to ensure Kuoni’s strategy is always staying ahead of the competition; ? Provide valuable insights from finance and business reports throughout close engagement with finance and sales operation team, and can generate data-driven analysis for decision-making; ? Proactively collaborate with various function/team across Asia Pac and Europe to get support and alignment with the strategic initiatives; ? Sometimes, he or she needs act as the project manager for some China business initiative; be able to coordinate and execute with internal stakeholders effectively. Knowledge & Skills ? Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Chinese ? Proficient documentation skills, especially with high-quality PowerPoint deck creation ? Demonstrated ability in business planning, growth strategy and project management ? Strong data mining and data analytics capability ? Highly motivated as both a team player and independent player Experience & Qualifications ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or other related field ? 7 years above working experience, at least 3 years with China Outbound Travel Industry ? Experiences in working with a multinational organization is a plus ? Willing to travel domestic and international occasionally 举报 分享
