Our HR team is looking for a motivated, self-driven, industry savvy and technically versed talent as HR Manager, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
? Translate business plans into human resource plans and roadmaps, and work closely with business leaders in improving the organization competence and agility. An advisor to the business leaders on human resources issues and solutions.
? Partner with Regional HR Manager to develop and optimize HR strategic programs and systems in all modules (including recruitment, performance management, training, C&B, employee development, etc.) and ensure its effective execution
? Proactively optimize work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions on a regular basis
? Facilitate learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development in accordance with Corporate Mission and Core Values.
? Monitor, implement and develop solutions, programs and measurements to talent and organization readiness for change, innovation and growth
? Develop and drive programs to motivate and engage our employees
? Responsible for budget planning and labor cost control of all departments
? Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures
? Ensure compliance within the company’s policies and procedures and supervises adherence to the employment laws and regulations

Required Experiences:
? Bachelor degree in HRM or related field with 8+ years HR experiences in multinational company and minimum 3 years in senior HR management roles
? A good understanding about organizations structure, people, business and future direction, knows trends in HR, labor market and business environment in Shanghai
? Excellent communication, engagement and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels within the organization
? Be able to make and deliver commitment, manage multiple priorities, and pull critical resources to deploy solutions
? Has a deep interest and passion in developing team excellence beyond personal professionalism
? Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
? Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin 举报 分享
