Job Description
岗位描述

1. Working in store independently, including manage store, tend the customers, sell products, use POS and communicate with store managers
        在店内独立工作，包括：管理店铺，招待客人，销售产品，使用POS，以及与店长沟通。
2. Preparing open store on time; maintaining store open hours.
        为准时开店做好准备；保证店铺正常营业。
3. Responsible for the cleanness in the store
         负责店内的卫生清洁
4. Responsible for money calculation during work shift.
       在当班期间负责营业额的清算。
5. Maintaining a friendly & efficient customer service; increase regular customers.
       维护友好及高效的客户服务；提高客人的回头率。
6. Responsible for storage room organization
        负责处理库房等事项
7. Maintaining store in a good condition; updating the related market material.
       维持良好的店面状况；及时更新相关市场宣传品。
8. Keep a good appearance, like clean uniform, name tag, badge and friendly service with smile and CHEERS spirit.
       保持良好的仪容仪表，如整洁的制服，佩戴胸牌，工牌，用很好的CHEERS精神面带微笑的服务客人。
9. Improve job related skills by training or self-learning, like sales skill, English skill and wine knowledge.
       通过培训或自我学习来提高工作相关技能，如销售技巧，英语水平和葡萄酒知识。
10. Give out flyers; deliver wines according to customers’ requirements; and other sales out of store.
       发放传单，根据客人需求进行送货，以及其他店外销售事宜。
11. Support job according to the arrangement from Store Manager.
       根据店长的安排协助其工作。
12. Responsible for give honest feedback to STM and management at any time.
       负责给店长和管理层提供诚恳的反馈信息。
13. Read and follow up everything on the weekly information
       认真阅读CHHERS每周内部信息
14. Implement the CHEERS core values with work.
        把CHEERS核心价值与工作实践在一起。
