职位描述
Accountabilities& Responsibilities:
?Ensure the uptime of site IT service impacting end users
?Ensure timely local site deskside IT support to end user
?Ensure technical and network problem resolution effectively and efficiently and minimizing impacts.
?Deliver service and support to end-users using Service Now via remote connection or over the Internet;
?Follow standard processes and procedures;
?Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
?Accurately process and record call transactions by using Service Now
?Active Directory Management
?PC imaging, data transfer and deployment
?PC hardware and software support
?Printer and MFP (multi-functional printer) support to include basic troubleshooting and queue management
?Lotus Notes support to include email, calendaring, database document sharing and Sametime instant messaging
?Acquire and provision iOS devices and standard mobile devices
?Basic PBX support to include troubleshooting, adds, moves and changes
?Provide support for video conferencing and collaboration tools such as Webex
Requirements:
?Follow all IT processes and policies in providing Tier 2 service desk support.
?Manage all support by using Albemarle’s ITSM tools and processes.
?Completion of various administrative tasks including:
?Monitoring of end user backups
?Performance of inventory updates for physical inventory
?Perform review and update of documentation
?Perform Active Directory cleanup activities
?Perform Symantec Desktop management cleanup activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with major in Computer related
2~3 experience on IT helpdesk support
English speaking is preferred to support remote users
Japanese language skills is a plus
