Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to identify, progress and close sales opportunities in Telecom industry including Huawei and ZTE, Candidates must understand the telecom industry-specific business trends and challenges facing organizations, the typical ECM/BPM solutions that would address these challenges
Success will be measured on ability to sell IBM's Information Management products(DB2/Informix/InfoSphere/Option/Guardium) as the platform to manage customer's data life cycle management.
Required skills
Candidates must be confident, assertive and skilled in Enterprise data Management;
- Sales preferably with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience, 5 years of telecom industry (including Huawei and ZTE) experiences;
- Proven strong solution selling experience, strong skill to communicate with both IT and LOB(line of business) customers to position SOLUTION and technical values, and differentiate from the competition;
- Self driven personality and team work with the cross team on the business development; Result orientation and aggressiveness to make the business in new areas;
- Strong learning skill and strong leadership skill to lead the new business solution engagement to the new customers and new market; leveraging IBM's overall resources advantage;
