职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTION

Work with worldwide divisions and distributors to pursue sales and profit maximization by meeting customer’s satisfaction. Support activities organized by HR/ marketing communication/Trade marketing/distributors to increase sales of Kohler product family, increase Kohler’s brand awareness. Organize activities and event to build influence and reputation of KOHLER Décor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Handle gift inquiries from intercompany and distributors globally. Monitor order/ delivery status with supply-chain to meet customer’s requirement.
? Supervise vendors to establish and maintain Kohler décor website and on-line stores.
? Work with showroom designer on scheme of display KOHLER Décor products in K&B showroom.
? Work with on-line store distributor for sales plan and promotion.
? Work with trade marketing and sales to support Seasonal promotion by using KOHLER décor products.
? Support all kind of activities raised by HR/Marketing/distributors involved Kohler gift or KOHLER décor products.
? Organize/support activities as “Family Sales”, “Tempur Special Sales”, “Xiao Cai Cooking studio” and other possible activities.
? Weekly update gift list and ensure accuracy of product description/cost/price/ inventory. Discuss with supply-chain for order release after balancing the inventory /sales.
? Monthly carry out sales summary and analysis report/ P&L Report.
? Support supply-chain for gift importing and exporting
? Other assigned works.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
? 3 or more year’s prior experience in marketing related field.
? Experience of work or study overseas is preferred.
? Excellent in English speaking and writing is must.
? Self-motivated person with ability to multi-task.
? Ability to work with a focus on forward-looking, optimistic, pro-active, and ready to work under pressure.
