Job Description:
-在系统和组件的基准上理解客户的要求并领会系统和组件详细的布局和设计。
- Understanding customer specification on system & component level and realization on system & component detail layout and design.
-系统和组件基准上组装设计和加工设计可行性分析，比如模具可行性分析/组装可行性分析/产品潜在缺点分析和错误的证明。
- Knowledge of system & component level feasibility analysis of design for assembly (DFA) and Design for manufacturing (DFM), such as tooling feasibility analysis / assembly feasibility analysis / potential product defect analysis and error proof.
-和工程小组一起做工作量分析，以确保准时完成交代的任务并达到项目时间要求，例如CAD数据/图纸/BOM/项目文件等。
- To work with engineering team on work load analysis and to ensure on time delivery of any assigned task to meet program timing requirement, such as CAD data / Drawing / BOM / Program documentation etc.
-主动沟通并提供新的想法/方案，以解决设计和发展进度中的任何问题。
- To proactively communicate and provide any new ideas / proposals to resolve any issues during design / development process.
-按时完成工程领导分配的其他职责和职能
- On time completion of any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the engineering management.
Qualification:
-熟悉CATIA 或 UG (Proffered here)
- Good CATIA or UG capability.
-知道GD&T, 公差层叠分析和 担保&测量分析
- Knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis, and Gage & Measurement analysis.
-理解模具可行性分析，产品缺陷分析和问题解决。
- Understanding of tooling feasibility and product defect analysis and issue resolve.
-很好的沟通技巧和团队合作
- Good communication skills and team work.
-很好的英文写和说的技巧优先
- Good English skills both written and spoken will be plus.
-知道DFMEA 或者 DRBFM或者产品风险分析优先
- Knowledge of DFMEA or DRBFM or product risk analysis will be plus.
-要求至少4年工作经验， 学士学位及以上
- Requires min 4+ years experience of Bachelor degrees and above.
