职位描述
一． General description
- Be responsible for overall management of Engineering team, focus on technical development in Diecut, Label etc.
二． Responsibilities
- To play a strategic role for leading the engineering teams in terms of elevating the technical skill set in diecut process /tools design and label printing technology
- To liaise closely with all Sales and Operation managers on any new requirements by customers with technical solutions for new machines and capacity increase.
- To provide technical advice to operation teams and ensure plans to meet production quality .
- To prepare and execute all transfer projects ensuring adherence with budget and schedule
- To lead all engineering key initiatives for effective implementation
三． Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of working industrial experience in the engineering/ manufacturing environment. ( printing engineering experience and tooling design knowledge is preferred )
- Posses good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Fluency in English language is required.
- Individual must have some good business acumen skills and able to work flexibly in the challenging environment.
- Good positive attitude, proactive, result-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
- Good working knowledge of PC is required.
四． Education &Skills
- Education : Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Manufacturing or Tooling Design ).
- Major: Mechanics/ Printing/Tooling design
- Skills: good ability of using AUTOCAD
