职位描述：
Requirements:

· Majored in Finance, Accounting or management or equivalent, bachelor degree or above.

· At least 8+ years practical experience in finance and controlling in a manufacturing/plant environment.

·Proficiency in all financial functions, includes accounting, tax, treasury, costing, capital and cash management.

· Familiar with SAP, and MS OFFICE.

· Proficiency in English, good player in Communication and inter-personal skills.

· Familiar with MNC environment, be good at establishing financial standards and processes.

· Familiar with all Chinese finance laws, policies and regulations.

· Good team player, excellent ability on coaching and instructing, ability to deal with ambiguity

· Perseverant, patient, earnest, result-oriented with initiative attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

· Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

· Ensures credibility of Finance function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, reporting and forecasts for all sites.

· Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory actions.

 · Establishes and maintains strong relationships with business executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.

· Provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

 · Proposal on strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

· Ensures compliance with rules, regulations and laws Maintains and enforce internal control that support financial reporting integrity and compliance with internal policy.

· Develops budgets and forecasts and provide timely financial analysis of monthly variances from budget, forecast and prior year.

· Identifies any possible business and audit risk exposure and implement controls or identify actions to mitigate these.

· Maintains accurate books and records.

· Cost management, including but not limited to calculation and maintenance of standard cost, labor and overheads, factory efficiency, plus investigating and implementing immediate corrective actions for any identified variances.

· Strategic planning, actively participate in preparation and presentation of the strategic plan for all areas covered.

· Ensure effectiveness of the following business process accountabilities: financial standards and reporting, internal control, budget/forecast performance, financial analysis, team performance, corporate policy, compliance, information system management.

· IT management of SAP ERP system and manage outsourced vendor.

· Lead, coach and develop the finance team members to support the business Expansion. 举报 分享
