职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring that project and team deliverables are met according to project timeline and within project budget by providing leadership to the project team and effectively communicating the status of the program to the internal and external customers for successful completion of the project that meets customer specifications and established targets for quality, cost and delivery timing.

2. Full program management responsibilities.

3. In charge of Change management

4. Support Sales function in the new biz acquisition activities for existing customers to ensure business expansion within the existing customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with technical background, mechanical background is preferred.

2. More than 5 years of experience as main project management people in automotive industry.

3. Fluent English, with good communication skill.

4. Willing to business trip frequently or in long term.

5. A good team leader who can motivate team members to achieve target.

6. Good organization & presentation skill, and experienced in cost management.
