Tasks Description
1. Perform procedures to check if T&E expenses / 3rd party payments are complied with compliance policy
2. Identify significant risk of fraud including- conducting spot check procedures, recording findings, professional judgment of the issue types and conclusion.
3. Prepare spot check working papers of procedures performed, dataset checked, findings and conclusions.
4. Prepare monthly data summary and support reporting tasks
5. Perform trend if needed
6. Update existing procedures and issue types
6. Provide value added feedback to compliance team and accounting operation team of findings in the spot check work
7. Support investigation team for special cases and investigation voucher review work
Requirements Description
1. University graduates with finance and accounting background with bachelor degrees.
2. At least over 2 years working experiences in big 4 auditing firm as an auditor
3. Familiar with auditing procedures and with sense of working paper documentation
3. Integrity and strong sense of responsibility of work
4. Creative thinking, open minded and strong analysis ability
5. Very flexible for different kind of requests and assignment, work as a team for tight deadlines and working pressures
6. Skillful of Excel
7. Good command of both spoken and written English
