岗位职责:
1) Being on call for operations to support cases, to drive client, patient and provider interfaces as and when needed (24/7)
2) Ensure clients’ requests are handled timely and executed effectively with high level customer service and care.
3) To pro actively take required actions to support the handling of cases and have interactions with direct clients, providers, patients where needed, with or without direct activation from the Assistance Center
4) To assist in carrying out visits to providers for case related matters not limited to but including billing matters. Also supporting the GAN function as and when required under the direction of the OM/AOM
5) Assist in building the presence and image of Intl.SOS in and around China.
Accompanying S&M teams to client visits as and when required under the direction of the OM/AOM
6) To network & build relations to assist in our market penetration by understanding on the ground events and activities from competitors, providers and clients.
7) To proactively conduct patient visits in hospital to demonstrate Intl.SOS’ care & interest in patient well being
Assistance Centre activities
1) From time to time travel to other A/C if needed to support the day to day operations as CSE or as needed on projects
2) To participate in operational ad hoc projects and other training activities as directed by the OM/AOM
3) To be assigned to perform short term CSE duties to ensure the retention of OPS knowledge
4) To support ad hoc reporting needs if required
任职要求:
1) Good communication skills including communication (speaking, reading and writing) in English and Chinese.
2) Customer Focus: Establishes and maintains credibility and trust with customers/internal partners by producing high quality services
3) Results Driven: Have strong sense of responsibility and urgency towards goal attainment
4) Business Focus: Possesses a thorough knowledge of the costs associated to own functional area/project group. Implements functional business plans, showing insight and innovation and a tolerance for risk.
5) Strong ability of problem Solving
6) Good Teamwork and Collaboration
7) Have minimum 1 year working experience in tourism, hotel, medical, automotive industry. Or have performed coordination or customer service role.
8) Has experience working in a MNC.
9) ?Preferably with medical or nursing background.
