HR Generalist, Beijing, HTSC – contractor
This HR Generalist position works within Honeywell HTSC and North region HR team, as a business partner to support HTSC, provide a broad range of human resource consultation and service to the business client groups. The work includes but is not limited to:
-Work with the business HR leader and country HR team to drive and deploy programs and processes
- Work with business HR leader to help business toward to the success with providing strategic solutions on people management;
-Coach, support and advice the client managers on people management, Employee Engagement, Talent Retention& attraction, Performance Management, organization and employee relations matters ect
-Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
-Management Resource Review (Talent review and succession planning) for 2nd/3rd level deployment
-Workforce planning and Census Management, in order to ensure the optimal resources and staffing process
- Understanding legal requirements and implementation for the country
- Honeywell Operating System Support
-Assist in the deployment of local and regional Communication plans (inputs to COE)
-Other project work as assigned
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree above
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems with fast actions
- Project management skills
- Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills both in Chinese and English
-With 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in Matrix organization with proved good performance
