Location: Beijing Duration: 6 months

Starting date: January 2017

Position: Intern - support HR Personnel&Management development team

Your Responsibilities:

? Support for qualification training Create payment request in KSRM system

Manage the invitation to participants

Update participation status on EDS

Cost allocation and evaluation

Preparation for Joint training quarterly report

? Support for development program

Quarterly analysis of CPD(China Personnel Development)

Data back-up of CPD Talent Review topic

Calculate & maintain the observation results of CPD participants

Material and data preparation for CPD opening/closing ceremony

Collect CPD, BLQ, Mini MBA demands of different entities

Organization of pre-selection dialogue for CPD program

? Support for various assessment center

Collect information for ACs

? Prepare materials & stationary before each AC starts

Our Requirements:

? Language skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written), German preferred

? Bachelor degree or above.

? Excellent in Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel)

? Excellence in moderating multiply works at the same time

? Hard-worker, team player, learner
