Job Description:

1. Responsible for customer quality problem solving activity.

2. Champion the response process, working with sales, plant and cross functional team to identify root cause and generate corrective action plan, fully communicate with customer through 8D process as the interface between PPST and Customer.

3. Working with plant and product team to fix critical customer complaint and safety related issues.

4. Understand customer requirements and expectations; communicate with customers to have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.

5. Work with quality organization team to maintain Customer Complaint Management System.

6. Customer relationship build up and enhancement, regular listen the Voice of Customer and sales, regular customer visit and communication, lead and coordinate customer satisfaction issue between PPST & Customer.

7. Lead and drive on plant customer issue handling & related process set up/ implementation, problem solving activities.

8. Early involve in new product launch quality, verify and drive on new product quality improvement at customer site. Follows customer objectives and indicators concerning quality or warranty.

9. Coordinate and assist customer audit with plant quality organization and cross functional team.

10. Review Quality Agreements between PPST and customers.

Requirements:

Strong Problem solving skills and methodology, such as 8D, 5WHY,

Strong engine application, process, and or quality engineering background

Excellent communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills

Good working attitude and ability to work at pressure

Communication skills and be able to lead people through various problem solving process.

Positive thinking / working style

Desired_skills_qualifications: TS16949 Quality System knowledge and experience is preferred
