Responsibilities:

? Carry through company and department policy
贯彻公司以及部门方针
? Distributed to achieve department target which arranged by Department Manager and Supervisor
完成部门经理及主管安排的工作
? Window of company to customer after SOP
批产后客户沟通的窗口
? Partner for planning, verification, monitoring in process development (APQP)
参与新产品过程开发并承担相应职责
? Daily monitoring for production line and keep record
日常生产质量的监督以及记录
? Inspector and operator training
检验员以及操作工的培训
? Take lead on customer audit after SOP
主导批产后的客户过程审核
? Sponsor and coordinator for customer complaint
主导并管理客户投诉
? Take part in internal quality issue analysis and improvement
参与内部制程分析以及改进
? Other job assigned by Department Manager
部门经理安排的其他工作

Requirements

? Undergraduate course with mechanical or electronic
机械或者电子相关本科毕业
? 5+ years’ experience in automotive industry
5年以上的汽车行业, 设备行业或者相关行业工作经验
? Good communication and customer service skills, able to work independently and under pressure
良好的沟通能力,能够在压力下独立完成工作
? Good knowledge on quality method and mechanism analysis ability (DMAIC project experience is preferred)
良好的质量工具应用能力 （担任过DMAIC项目负责人的优先考虑）　　　　
? Fluent oral English
