Job Description:
1. Manage sales systems operation and work with IT partner and external suppliers to manage enhancement projects or change requests. Provide suggestion to optimize the process and system flow.
管理销售系统的运行，与IT伙伴及外部供应商协作管理提升项目或更改需求；为优化系统流程提供意见
2. Provide timely accurate data in best way with action recommendations for the organization, as well as professional/scientific business forecast.
及时准确的提供数据，以***方式为组织提供行动建议，同时专业、科学的对业务进行预测
3. Use data and technology to improve the efficiency & productivity in compliance way. Improve sales effectiveness on process, communication & organization.
使用数据和技术，确保合规的前提下提高效率和生产力。 在流程，沟通和组织等方面提高销售效率
4. Closely work with other department to transfer HQ advantage/best practice into region to drive business growth, and share best practice among regions.
与其他部门紧密合作，在其他地区传播分享总部***实践，实现业务增长。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Management, Information System
本科以上学历，信息管理或信息系统相关专业
2. At least 5 years related shopping mall working experience on business consultant and analysis
至少5年商场业务顾问、分析工作经验
3. Fluent oral English & excellent written English
熟练的英文技能，尤其是写作方面
4. Strong logic thinking & strategy thinking, and project management skill
较强的逻辑思维和战略思维，以及项目管理技能
5. Preferred: System experience, modeling ability, business reporting and analysis experience
