Responsibilities:
? Responsible for exceeding revenue and New Business Opportunity target, supporting existing and developing new potential clients by developing appropriate strategies and execution plan to drive sales of the company’s product portfolio
? Maintain quality relationships with current big chain accounts, increase sales opportunities in current accounts and especially focus on sell new accounts to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
? Identify customers’ potential needs which Tyco can provide for help.
? Work with the sales and corporate management of other divisions to optimize opportunities within new business contacts.
? Develop strong relationships with customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate into solutions company can fulfill
? Work with marketing ,technology functions & relevant departments to provide service and support to customers, including but not limited to product/application training and application problem solving
? Effectively utilize factory resources to support customer programs/customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunity growth in the region
? Provide strategic guidance and training to authorized distributors on products, markets, customers and applications which are consistent with vertical market objectives
Assist sales manager in developing and implementing the vertical market growth strategies and initiatives within their territory
? Provide accurate forecast regularly in a timely manner
Qualification
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering [electronics or mechanics]
? A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales (previous selling experience in direct or channel, with strong track record of leadership and delivering results)
? Experience in working for MNC’s and in matrix organizations
? Experience working in several industries / areas such as Sensor / Switches, Automation / Control
? Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity
? Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership
? Ability to develop strong relationships independently with key or new targeted customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs
? Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers
? Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural, global business environment
? Good in English reading and writing, and able to communicate in English orally
? Good at Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint
? Willingness to travel
