Functional Description
Job Functions
? Overall goal is to sell and get the deal of boosters with all the passion and professional sales skills in secondary water supply market.
? Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
? Create and maintain good relationship with customers including water companies, design institutes, developers, dealers and authorities.
? Work out the yearly and quarterly hydro booster sales promotion plans
? According to sales target, work out sales strategy and sales budget mainly in the hydro booster business area of the assigned region. After review and approve by the management, carry out the qualitative and quantitative tasks in respect of policies and the authority assigned
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Work out the booster sales promotion plans and get it done effectively
? Get Grundfos qualified by specific authorities or water supply companies in assigned areas
? Maintain the booster sales channels and promote the Grundfos Original Hydro Boosters
? Develop new booster sales channels targeting on the Water supply companies who purchasing directly or have the booster entry permission
? Training and develop the dealers’ competence to sell Grundfos Hydro boosters
? Main driver for the promotion events/technical seminars with customers in specific sales region to promote and sell boosters
? Support the specific sales team to develop booster business
Qualification and Experience
? Bachelor Degree holder in Building Water Supply, or Fluid Mechanics, electric-mechanics control, etc relevant discipline
? Minimum 5 years of experience as sales engineer in secondary water supply area,
? Or the one from design institute / Water Supply System Engineering companies in the field of water supply is preferred.
