Key Responsibilities:
? manages team to review samples and ensure integrity of the product.
? drive to resolution of manufacturing, technical and quality challenges.
? responsible for technical consistency of the product.
? partner with the material teams to identify potential material issues at early stages and drive to resolution.
? collaborate with quality management resolving production issues; use these learning to apply to new product being developed.
? prioritize and allocate resources within the team.
Key Requirements:
? minimum 7 years of working experience in product development and engineering in handbags, accessories, footwear or related industries. branded experience preferred.
? 10 + years’ experience in manufacturing process of leather goods.
? strong communication skills in written and oral English.
? strong organizational & analytical power.
? strong teamwork and team leadership.
? strategic thinking & influential skills.

A US fashion brand buying office is looking for a costing manager to lead the handbag product line's negotiation business.
