职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and responsible for the overall work of finance dept;
2. Responsible for the Company cashflow, fund and cost control to ensure validity and reasonable spending according to approved budget;
3. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the Financial Statements, Tax Reports, Management Executive Reports, Cash flow report, and other important internal reports;
4. Attend to internal functional departments' queries and provide advises and solutions relating to finance and tax matters;
5. Ensure the Company follows proper internal control policies and compliance with Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations;
6. Review contract terms and give comments if affect the Company's taxation and financial position;
7. Well manage the tax issues and maintain good relationship with local tax authority;
8. Responsible for the payment procedure of the Company;
9.Billing review and collection management; and
10. Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:
1.Good English (speaking and writing);
2.Honest;
3.Nice person;
4.Quick learner;
5.Must have good English (reading, speaking and writing) and fluent Chinese (reading, speaking and writing);
6.Preferred a person from Dalian;
7.Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Finance / Accounting or equivalent professional accounting qualification;
8.C.P.A. is preferred but not a must;
9.At least 10 years of working experience in Finance / accounting. Out of them at least 3 years experience as a Finance controller in a company preferred (not a must) in a real estate company;
10.Good accounting knowledge in PRC GAAP;
11.Good understanding of tax rules and regulations in China.
12.Has understanding of day to day activities such as: Cash Flow Forecast, Budget and Budget Control, working with banks, payment procedures, etc.; and
