Job Description:
1. Drive sales for environmental solutions in iron- and steel making
2. Establish network and relationships with customers and use existing networks and contacts
3. Customer visits to introduce Primetals eco portfolio for strategic selling
4. Follow-up project opportunities with high degree of project ownership and -leadership
5. Coordination of pre-project teams in preparing technical solutions and related proposal documentation
6. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals
7. Preparation of commercial offer calculations
8. Follow and coordinate internal sales process with related documentation and quality control
9. Monitoring and tracking of pre-projects with Primetals relevant tools
10. Market analysis (e.g. market price levels, competitors)
11. Feed-back of market trends and customer requirements to R&D department / CoC
12. Interaction and frequent exchange with other departments and international colleagues within Primetals

Qualifications:
1. Degree from technical university with major in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering etc.
2. Experience from previous jobs in sales positions in eco business for iron & steel industry (5 – 8 years)
3. Basic technical knowledge about environmental and/or energy efficiency technologies in China iron & steel market
4. Existing network and contacts among Chinese steel producers, eco companies, design institutes etc.
5. Good in English both verbally and in written
6. Frequent travelling (within China)
