职位描述
Sales representative, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
B. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)
? Ensures a positive customer experience by effective management of rental and return process to include qualifying the renter and completing contracts.
? Maximizes margin by up selling customers to higher-priced services and ancillary products.
? Protects company assets through enforcement of company policies and procedures.
? Communicate to Location Managers all relevant customer feedback to facilitate on-going improvements in our service and prices to drive continuous improvement within our operations.
? Contributes to Hertz Improvement Process (HIP) to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost. Drives change from within to improve customer satisfaction and uses teamwork to tackle problems.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in the related field is strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
? Company processes, including credit, sales, and operations.
? Computer software tools.
? The China approach to Sales & Marketing as well as International understanding
Skills:
? Successfully apply sales and customer service techniques and processes
? Effectively use oral and written communication skills
