Company Introduction:
Global Optima Automotive Inc. is an automotive engineering service provider located in Anting Shanghai with company headquarter in Detroit USA. By partnering with US company ROUSH, we have been working with China OEMs by providing engineering service with our cutting-edge technology in vehicle integration, packaging, chassis engineering, NVH, and dynamics etc.
We also have a show car subsidiary company under Global Optima umbrella, which builds show cars and prototypes in different product development stages such as clay model, exterior and interior master model, concept vehicle, production prototype, and show cars, etc.
Position: Sales Manager
Job Description:
- To be responsible for sales activities in both engineering service and show car business;
- To develop annual sales plan under supervision of top management and monitor the progress every month.
- To develop marketing and sales materials for different occasions.
- To organize and lead meetings with customers and properly present company capabilities to customers.
- To organize internal resources to develop technical proposals required by customers.
- To attend customer bidding process and win contracts.
- Solid the relationship with the key accounts and fully develop KAs to ensure sustainable growth.
- To maintain customer relations and collect Voice of Customer for internal continuous improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or above degree;
- 5+ years working experience, preferable in technical or sales experience in automotive design companies.
- Familiar with business behavior of automotive industry
- Excellent communication skill, high accountability, aggressive business penetration capability.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese Mandarin.
- Willing to travel, business oriented.

GEEO Automotive is an international automotive engineering services company which provides vehicle engineering, show car design and build, and prototype fabrication services to automotive OEM and Tier supplier companies.
    The company provides a broad range of vehicle engineering services with the emphasis in the entire process of vehicle design and development, engineering and certification support for the exportation of domestic passenger cars to Europe and the United States, prototypes and show car manufacturing.
