The Job Responsibilities
1 Location Shanghai
2 Reporting to Managing Partner
3 Direct report TBD
4 Function
1 Supervise nationwide executive coaching and training/development projects
2 Develop client relations for securing business
3 Lead the team to manage coach/trainer pool and execution systematically on a day to day basis
Preferred Candidate Profile
1 Nationality Flexible
2 Education A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business
3 Languages Mandarin and English
4 Age 35 + years old
5 Experience
6 – 8 years business experience with at least 2 – 3 years in business/HR consulting area
6 Skills and Knowledge
Strong project management skills
Interpersonal skills
Strong learning skills
Effective teamwork and presentation skills
Fluent English will be a plus
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with people and passion to succeed
